honestly me hating r*ylo isn’t a matter of “ship hate” or being an “anti” I really don’t care what people do in their spare time, I just can’t stand the thought of it being canon because I’m sick to death of garbage storylines in Hollywood where a female lead is sidelined in favour of exploring a man’s feelings, where a man’s anger and violence and a woman’s clear feelings of hatred and fear towards him are romanticised, and where the most heroic thing a woman can do is forgive genocide and act as an emotional crutch for some overgrown toddler. I hate it because little girls watching a female jedi on screen shouldn’t be taught that lesson.
